Innowacje i kreatywność to kluczowe kategorie we współczesnym przedsiębiorstwie. Funkcjonowanie organizacji w dzisiejszym turbulentnym otoczeniu bez wykorzystywania i wprowadzanie tych narzędzi jest praktycznie niemożliwe. Innowacje zaczynają się od kreatywnych pomysłów i idei, które w następstwie czasu przekładają się na wynalazki, produkty, usługi, procesy i metody. Nie ma innowacyjności bez kreatywności. Bezdyskusyjna jest zatem potrzeba kreatywności i innowacji, które można zaliczyć obecnie do głównych wyznaczników rozwoju społeczno-ekonomicznego każdego kraju i punktem wyjścia do budowy gospodarki opartej na wiedzy. Innowacje i kreatywność stały się odpowiedzią na współczesne burzliwe zmiany w otoczeniu. Są wyznacznikiem i wymogiem współczesnego postępu cywilizacyjnego, stanowiąc siłę napędową gospodarki. Stąd też dążenia do wprowadzania innowacji z wykorzystaniem kreatywności zauważalne są we wszystkich dziedzinach - podmiotach gospodarczych i organizacjach, przemyśle oraz usługach. Celem niniejszej monografii jest zaprezentowanie i omówienie podejść, determinant i dylematów, przed którymi stoją współczesne przedsiębiorstwa wykorzystujące kreatywność i innowacje. W 14 rozdziałach monografii przedstawiono również najnowsze wyniki badań empirycznych dotyczących problematyki innowacji, kreatywności, a także przedsiębiorczości realizowanych w różnych ośrodkach badawczych w Polsce. Zarówno przedsiębiorczość, innowacje, jak i zarządzanie odgrywają kluczową rolę w rozwoju przedsiębiorstw i rozwoju gospodarczym, a pod względem koncepcyjnym są ze sobą ściśle powiązane. Zarządzanie jest procesem bardzo złożonym i uważa się je obecnie za jeden z najważniejszych czynników rozwoju gospodarczego i społecznego krajów. Praktyka zarządzania występuje od tysięcy lat. Tadeusz Oleksyn powiedział, że obecnie zarządza się wszystkim. Zarządza się przedsiębiorstwem, państwem, różnorodnością, konfliktem, własnym zdrowiem, otoczeniem, przyszłością, polityką, strachem. Współczesna organizacja musi reagować na nieustanne zmiany otoczenia, przede wszystkim na prężnie rozwijającą się konkurencję i wzrastające wciąż wymagania klientów. Sprostanie wyzwaniom współczesności wymaga wprowadzania innowacyjności i nowych technik oraz metod zarządzania, a przede wszystkim zmiany struktur organizacyjnych na rzecz rozwiązań elastycznych, bardziej inteligentnych, które pozwolą uzyskać przewagę konkurencyjną. In February 2019, the leading academic economist, academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Kalandar Abdurakhmanov presented the fundamental work in Uzbek language “Labor Economics, Theory and Practice”, devoted to modern issues of sustainable employment formation and strengthening the role of human resources in modern conditions of innovative development of the economy. During the International Conference “Plekhanov International Readings”, a global scientific conference held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan in 2019, after acquaintance of the scientific community with this textbook, an idea of rector of the Russian Economic University named after G.V. Plekhanova, Victor Grishin to publish the Uzbek textbook “Labor Economics. Theory and Practice” in the Russian Federation in Russian language was put forward. It should be noted that the scientific community of a number of Central Asian states also showed their interest in this publication. This is due to the fact that the new, revised and updated edition of the textbook “Labor Economics. Theory and practice” of academician Kalandar Abdurakhmanov is a fundamental work, covering the latest achievements of this science. Writing of this textbook is totally a new step in the direction of high qualified personnel training that is full with innovative changes on a global scale. The scientific community of a number of foreign countries also showed their interest in the publication, as University students in developed countries study the sciences of Labor economics and Modern Labor economics, which cover the most modern areas of labor economics theory. In the textbook academician Kalandar Abdurakhmanov takes into account all the latest achievements in this discipline. The author of the textbook is academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan Kalandar Abdurakhmanov has extensive experience in this field. Fiscal policy and price convergence in the European Union

Abstract

The following paper undertakes the subject of price convergence in the Member States of the European Union in the years 1995-2011. According to economic theory, an intensive activities aimed at integrating the Community, reflected in the elimination of trade barriers, increase in market transparency, increased competition, promote the equalization of prices and striving towards the fulfillment of the law of one price. The analysis was based on data from the Eurostat, Comtrade, CEPII databases. Econometric methods for panel data, including the Hausman-Taylor estimator, were used. Basing on the estimation of an extended gravity model, determinants of price convergence were indicated. A particular added value of the analysis is taking into account the fiscal policy in the Member States. The collection of poems of narrative poetry contained in this small volume of poetry, which I address to every reader without exception, is a continuation of my intellectual work contained in the monograph entitled Intelligent Project of Existence. Not all elements of the Intelligent Project of Existence reasoning can be conveyed in prose, some of them can only be conveyed in the form of metaphorical lyrical elements. In this way, the Lyric of Intelligent Creation of Being was created, which contains elements of understanding faith, love and divine senses. These two volumes, i.e. the Intelligent Project of Existence and the Lyric of Intelligent Creation of Being, constitute a whole, they cannot do without each other. One complements the other, like brother and sister. In both of these works, my main goal was to create a clear vision of the future of existence, because such a task is faced by science and only such work can be considered valuable for human society. I think I have succeeded, although the vision of the future contained in my works is a consequence of a complex model that needs to be realized. This effort can cause a quantum leap in consciousness for every reader. Consciousness is the realization of something. Therefore, I invite everyone to this mental effort and to a profound experience of reason. As a result of these experiences, everyone should understand how vast and varied the meaning of our human existence is. On the one hand, tangible and on the other hand, intangible. This is what I meant in my works. For a combination of human experience of reason and human physical experience. Every rational human being should be in these two layers of understanding.
